AAAA Abilities Car Donation Foundation and A Allstate Car Donation Charity are registered DBA's of Center for Living and Learning.
We received our 501(c)3 tax exempt status for Federal Income Tax purposes from the IRS in an advance ruling determination letter signed by the IRS on September 22, 1993. The advanced ruling period ended September 24, 2002 when permanent tax exempt status was attained.
