To donate a truck or RV via fax:
Fax both sides of your original title to (800) 442-1094, 24 hours day, seven days a week (do not sign or write anything on your original title).
On the fax cover sheet print your name, fax and day-time telephone number with area code. If you found us by searching on the Internet, please specify which search engine (Google, Yahoo! or Bing) referred you to us.
When we receive your fax, we will call you promptly to answer all of your questions regarding tax deductions or any other question you may have about your truck or RV donation.
